F1 is a hypothesis, not a product

F1 means first filial generation: two parents, one cross, the children. Hybrid vigour is real. So is scatter. You will see more shapes, more noses, more failures. That is useful on the hunt. It is a poor souvenir pack if the page promised a keeper.
