The pack

What sizes do you sell?
Scouse Genetics keepers are 16 regular seeds for £100 a pack. SG Kush, French Cake, Dutch Apple Pie and Watermelon Slushy are 6 female seeds for £50. Scouse × Ruff collabs are 16 regular seeds for £100 a pack. Ruff Genetics Jamaica is 16 regular seeds for £100 when it packs. Merch is priced on each product.
Regular or feminized?
Both. SG Kush, French Cake, Dutch Apple Pie and Watermelon Slushy are 6 female seeds for £50. House keepers and collabs are regular — males and females in the pack. Each product page says which.
Do you batch-test?
Yes. Current batches have internal quality-control records before release. Those records support the batch history; they are not a cultivation guide or a guarantee about storage after dispatch. If you believe a current pack has a quality issue, email the order number and pack details so we can check the batch record.
What does coming soon mean?
Ruff Genetics Jamaica releases remain marked coming soon until they are ready. Use the availability request on the strain page and send the drafted email. We handle requests manually.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
UK tracked from £3.95, free over £50. Europe from £9.95. Plain packaging. We do not ship seed where import is prohibited. Dispatch is within two working days of a paid order.
How do I pay?
Prepare an order request at checkout and press Send in your email app. Wait for our reply confirming availability and payment instructions before paying.
I am a seed bank. Can I wholesale?
Yes — other banks, not shoppers. Create a trade account on Wholesale login, then apply. The public shop stays £100 / 16 on Scouse keepers, £50 / 6 on SG Kush, French Cake, Dutch Apple Pie and Watermelon Slushy, and £100 / 16 on collabs until we approve you. Wholesale is a straight 50% markdown.

If something’s wrong

I think there is a batch-quality issue.
Email the order number, strain name and photographs of the pack to lewis.scousegenetics@gmail.com. We will check the order and batch-quality record. We do not publish germination or cultivation instructions; the longer note is Batch viability testing: what the archive records.
How should I store a collector pack?
Keep the original label with the pack and avoid repeated heat, light and moisture swings. The storage article focuses on preserving a labelled collection and provenance, not on cultivation.
I paid but nothing has packed.
If you have paid after our confirmation and have not heard from us after two working days, email lewis.scousegenetics@gmail.com with your reference.
My bag emptied / I lost the order.
Preview orders live in the browser. A different phone or a cleared cache will look empty. Paid live orders get a confirmation email — until then, write to us with the name and pack.
Nothing has arrived.
Paid orders dispatch within two working days, tracked, plain envelope. If the tracking stall is past that, email the order number. We do not ship where import is banned — those do not leave the building.
Waitlist is silent.
Ruff lines email once, when the germ tests pass. There is no drip. If the address was wrong, join again on the strain page.
Coming soon will not add to bag.
Correct. Use Notify me. Collab and Ruff show 16 regular £100 when they pack, not as a cart line. Scouse keepers on the live list are 16 / £100.

Is this 18+?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to browse and to order.
What is the UK legal position?
Home Office guidance excludes cannabis seed from the statutory definition of cannabis, while cultivation of a cannabis plant requires the appropriate Home Office licence. Our seeds are offered to adults as souvenirs or collectibles. Check the Legal page and current GOV.UK guidance for the position that applies to you; this FAQ is general information, not legal advice.
Do you give cultivation advice?
No. The site documents lineage, breeder attribution, seed format, provenance and historic first-party phenotype observations for adult collectors. It is not a cultivation manual or medical advice.
