Troubleshooting a collector seed order — Scouse Genetics

Most support problems are not genetic mysteries. They are order references, address errors, damaged packaging, a missing waitlist message or a collector pack whose label does not match the order. Those are customer-service issues and they should be handled as such.

Keep the order confirmation and the original packaging until you have checked the strain name, breeder, pack count and visible condition. That gives us enough information to trace the dispatch record without turning a support page into cultivation advice.

Wrong, damaged or incomplete pack

Email the order number and clear photographs of the unopened or received pack. If the label, count or product does not match the order record, the support team can investigate the batch and dispatch history.

For provenance questions, compare the pack with the strain page and Genetics Library. If the site and the physical label disagree, treat that as a correction issue and contact us so the archive can be checked too.

Delivery, waitlist and checkout

Use the Contact & Shipping page for current dispatch information, destination restrictions and order support. Coming-soon lines may use a notification list rather than an active checkout, so a waitlist message is not an order confirmation.

For account or wholesale questions, use the dedicated contact route rather than social-media comments. Keeping the issue tied to an order number or email trail makes it easier to resolve accurately.
