How to read a page

First bar

The dominant note. Durban is terpinolene. Orange Apricot is limonene. French Cake is linalool.

Second and third

The character. Orange Gas is limonene over caryophyllene — citrus on fuel. That is the whole method.

Then the mould score

Breakfast → limonene, ocimene, terpinolene. Dessert → linalool, nerolidol. Wet September → mould first, dessert second.
