Inbreeding depression, said plainly

Inbreeding is mating relatives. In a seed line that is often a backcross or a brother-sister. You concentrate the traits you scored. You also concentrate the junk: slow germ, thin stems, herms under a heat spike, a nose that used to be loud.

How we watch it
