Nerolidol: the quiet bar
Tea, bark, a calm dessert note. Why it sits low on the chart and still matters in the jar.

Nerolidol is a sesquiterpene. Heavier than limonene. Reads as tea, wood, a soft floral. Loud enough on Jammy Dodgers, Velvet Cake, French Cake to earn a place on the terpene page. It is not a sedative we sell. It is a molecule in the keeper we ran.
Because it is less volatile than myrcene, a sloppy hot dry will still knock the top notes off first. The dessert can go flat and leave bark. Preservation, for a collector of flower, is cool and dark — the same sentence as seed storage. We are not publishing a cure SOP.
Read it with linalool
Pastry lines here are linalool plus nerolidol plus a fruit ester story. Breakfast lines are limonene, ocimene, terpinolene. If you want cake, start with Jammy Dodgers Bx1. If you want lift, start with Durban Poison Bx2. Mould score still wins a wet September.
